Attorney Robin McCarty developed his hard working no nonsense work ethic in the oilfields of the Texas Panhandle where he grew up as a young man working long hours as a driller/operator in his family’s oil business. After graduating high school, Mr. McCarty proudly served his country in the United States Navy where he was stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Later, after discharging from the Navy, Mr. McCarty further served his county as a Deputy Sheriff with the Hutchinson County Sheriff’s Office. Much of Attorney Robin McCarty’s life has been devoted to serving and helping folks.
Attorney Robin McCarty is the founding and senior partner at McCarty-Larson, PLLC. Mr. McCarty has been in the law enforcement/ legal business for over 30 years and has handled all aspects of thousands of cases as well as tried hundreds of jury trials. His background as a Texas Peace Officer as well as a former Tarrant County Prosecutor puts him in a unique position to be able to view cases from all angles and work out the best outcome for his clients.

Attorney Bria Larson joined McCarty-Larson, PLLC to assist our clients with their family law and criminal defense matters. She has extensive experience in the courtroom, having tried multiple complex family law jury trials which are very rare in family law.

Tina has dedicated her legal career to assisting families through some of their most difficult times by providing dedicated and professional representation. She has managed her own practice, worked for the Office of the Attorney General Child Support Division as well as the Tarrant County Domestic Relations Office.
Tina is a strong advocate and strives to resolve cases in the most beneficial manner, whether that be through negotiations and settlement or through aggressive, professional representation in the courtroom. Tina’s focus has always been and continues to be how best to serve her clients and their families.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of Texas – Arlington, Melissa Mozingo attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law to obtain her Juris Doctor. She has been practicing family law since 2004.
As an attorney, Melissa brings a compassionate and diligent approach to her clients. When a settlement cannot be reached, she takes the battle to the courtroom. She is passionate about defending her clients’ interests in every case and enjoys the challenges that come with difficult cases.

Andrea has been a dedicated, compassionate, and hardworking paralegal for over 9 years and brings a vast knowledge of many different areas of law. Born and raised in the Maryland and the Southern Pennsylvania area, after graduating from high school, Andrea traveled around the country to Florida, South Carolina and Colorado just to name a few before she settled in Texas where she has called home for the last 12 years.
Andrea made a shift to the legal field later in her career as she first attended Johnson and Wales University in Denver, Colorado where she received her bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and worked in private restaurants as a head Chef for many years.
Most recently, in 2016 she received her master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development Psychology. Her love for knowledge and the field of psychology has continued to grow so Andrea is currently obtaining her Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology.
She also holds membership in the Fort Worth Psychological Association, American Psychological Association, Society for Research in Child and Adolescent Development, and was the Volunteer Social Media Manager for Break the Silence against Domestic Violence and currently volunteers for Choose Courage Foundation as a Social Media Contributor.
Since starting a McCarty-Larson, PLLC, Andrea has obtained her Texas Board Certification in Family Law, giving her a strong foundation and a vast knowledge of family law to help assist and guide clients to effective outcomes in the most challenging family law cases.

Living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 4 years, Luisa Salamanca is a bilingual professional that assists attorneys in the Criminal, Family, Estate and Probate areas. She provides excellent attention to detail and has successfully represented the face of the McCarty-Larson team since April 2018.
Working in close coordination with all the attorneys in the firm, Luisa has proven to be vital in organizing, scheduling, and managing schedules. She provides administrative support, handles front desk duties and daily operations. She is a licensed Texas State Notary Public as well.
