Lindsey has devoted her practice to advocacy in the criminal justice system. Fresh out of law school, Lindsey worked as a felony prosecutor in Johnson & Somervell counties where she handled intake for sexual assault cases and crimes against children, tried felony cases, and wrote appeals. In private practice, Lindsey spent several years representing clients on hundreds of criminal cases ranging from Class C misdemeanors to Murder and pursuing pre-trial and post-conviction relief. Lindsey approaches each case with the mindset that there should be no one-size-fits-all answer in a criminal case. Each client and each circumstance is unique and should be treated as such.
