Robin McCarty
Founding and Senior Partner Attorney Robin McCarty brings over 30 years of experience in law enforcement and legal practice to your criminal defense case.
His journey began in the Texas Panhandle oilfields, where he developed a strong work ethic. After high school, he served in the United States Navy in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and later as a Deputy Sheriff with the Hutchinson County Sheriff’s Office.
Mr. McCarty’s extensive experience includes handling thousands of cases and trying hundreds of jury trials. His background as a Texas Peace Officer and former Tarrant County Prosecutor gives him a unique perspective on cases, enabling him to secure the best outcomes for his clients.

Bria Larson
